When the epoxy is completely cured ( at least overnight ), carefully remove all of the nails and clamp pads. Remove the small finish nail that is driven through the bottom panel's scarf by sliding a putty knife or flat bar under the plank and gently prying up. If it doesn't want to easily pull out, use a hammer and small punch to drive it through the plank or pull it through with a pair of pliers.
With a random orbit sander or hand sanding block and 100 grit sandpaper, sand the scarf joints flat, being careful not to create a hollow by sanding too deeply. Using a plastic squeegee fill in any voids or low spots with epoxy thickened to a frosting consistancy with WEST #410 Microlight filler.
