After the epoxy is completely cured, remove any amine blush from the surface with a Scotch-brite pad and fresh water. Allow the cloth to completely dry and lightly sand any un-evenness in the cloth, especially the areas where the stem pieces overlap the garboard cloth. With a foam roller re-coat with cloth with un-thickened epoxy several times to fill the cloth weave, allowing the epoxy to partially cure between coats.
Turn the hull over and sand the inside of the keel fillets, filling with more of the epoxy/microlight mixture if necessary. Glass the inside keel seam with the 4" strip of cloth that's left from the bottom, stopping at the stem plugs. It is not necessary to glass the inside of the stems, and it's very hard to work up in there.
